Safe, no-contact online Skype or telephone counselling is always available during lockdowns/restricted contact periods

At Loughborough:
At Shepshed, Loughborough: In my home counselling room in Shepshed, and also in the room in Shepshed town, it is £50 per hour, with an initial introductory session costing the same amount.

At your home:
For counselling sessions in your own home I charge £50 per hour + £5-£10 depending on how far I travel to you.

Skype/telephone counselling sessions:
for Skype: £48 per hour
for telephone it is £45 per hour

Couples counselling

The rate for counselling couples is £60, video/skype £55.

Reduced rates for NHS employees, trainees and newly-qualified counsellors

If you are a counselling trainee I offer a reduced rate which is negotiable depending upon your needs and the number of sessions required. Read more about:

Reduced rates: long-term

I also offer some reduced rate fees to those dealing with long-term health issues and also for those who wish to commence and commit to long-term work.
